“It’s at the top of Neck Road or Circle Beach Road. There’s just the sound on one side, the beach on the other side, and a house across the street and a house next door,” the agent adds.

“It’s been really lovingly maintained over the years by Mr. Amore and his wife. They adjusted and improved it and, as the years went on, maintained it impeccably,” Mancini explains. “At this price point, if somebody wants to go in and just modernize the inside, they can do that. But no one has even said that they’re going to do that. They just love the way it looks inside.”
The house is also winterized, so it is possible to live at the house year-round.
“The perfect buyer is going to be someone who is going to use the home as a sort of retreat,” Mancini says. “I think the magic and the uniqueness of the property is found in just the solitude of the area. You have a neighbor across the street and a neighbor next door, but the ocean and beach are your neighbors on the other two sides.”
